RESTORATIVE YOGA FOR HEALTH.
Yoga is a breath based practice and as such has been found to help in the recovery of long covid. The aim of these restorative yoga sessions is to play a role in aiding recovery. Yoga can assist to ease pain, maintain mobility, breathe easier, strengthen lungs and boost immunity (it also makes you feel good).
Restorative yoga 1 hour sessions in your own home.
All sessions to be booked and paid for in advance via bank transfer.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or a refund will not be given.
Home visits are in the hartlepool area covering Clavering, Hart station, Seaton Carew, Headland, Greatham, Elwick, Dalton Piercy.
Home visits outside this area will incur travel costs.
